Heat Recovery ventilation systems improve the efficiency of heating and cooling systems and improve indoor air quality.
Members who implement strategies that reduce electrical usage may qualify for the energy savings from equipment or measures that are not included as part of a prescriptive rebate
program. To be eligible for custom rebates, you should request pre-approval and engage Pella Cooperative Electric in the early planning stages of your project.
How to Qualify and Get Started
- Be a member of PCEA
- System must have been purchased during 2021
- Review the rebate application for full requirements
- Installing contractors should provide PCEA members with the information necessary to complete the application for this program. Prior to installation, the contractor should be made aware of program requirements and you should contact the Cooperative to confirm that the system will qualify for an incentive
